Guys need your support, bought battery from Amazon, immediately after it was installed in my Macbook Pro, it showed 90% charge and 100% health, what was already strange since the battery was made in 2015, 8 years ago!, after 5 minutes of operation, 70% of the charge was left, then my macbook turned off and won't turn back on even after installing the old battery and connecting the charger... fans spining, old battery is seems to be charging, magsafe is green, USB ports are working, but no "chime" on start and nothing on display... nothing on another PC monitor (HDMI)... any ideas?

My guess...bad battery (not unexpected for an eight year old battery). The 90%/100% thing is not to be believed. To discern battery health, the computer has to observe battery behavior–that takes some time. Numbers that show up immediately after installation are not reliable.

Better to provide more information, year, model and version of macOS. Fans spinning wildly is an indication of the computers firmware being corrupted. If can boot off a USB drive might be able to fix and flash the system.

I've still got a 15" 2011 myself and one of the reasons it remains on the original battery is this. The battery's controller has it's own firmware and getting something to match in 2023, dont have high hopes.

Right now it's 47% of capacity and holding, push comes to shove I'll remove it or have the battery pack rebuilt with new cells.

A1398 MacBook pro retina 2015 emc 2909, fans are spinning normal speed… CPU works, I feel heat, i am not sure but controller on the ssd seems to be very hot, but maybe its normal, don’t know…

Your mac has what is known as a 'smart battery'. It has a small circuit board of electronics on it that communicates with the SMC chip inside the mac so it can keep the battery running at optimum health. These smart batteries have basically 4 signals, Voltage +, Voltage -, CLK and DATA. The CLK and DATA lines are communication lines that go to the mac's SMC chip which talks back and forth to the battery. Not every replacement battery is a genuine Apple battery and thus are prone to communication errors with the SMC which can stop the SMC from working which in turns stops the mac from working. In the majority of cases an SMC reset can solve many issues of a mac no longer working. The SMC also communicates with the mac's BIOS and thus it is also possible that the BIOS has got some corrupt data in it due to poor communication caused by a faulty battery. A PRAM reset can cure most issues as well.

Therefore carry out a SMC reset and a PRAM reset. If neither of them work then it's possible the bad battery has damaged the SMC chip and if that has happened your mac will not work properly.

What happens if you remove the battery altogether and just plug the charger in ?

Using pass through

In service center they cheked all power rails are ok, but no starting chime and nothing on screen. CPU works, tuchpad is clicking, fan are spining normal speed... battery is charging... led indicator also shows orange and green... they dont know what is wrong...

The main problem now is what to do with mac (((
what year is you MacBook Pro?

if 2015ish maybe 2017 or older, there is a trick to jump start any MacBook
only MacBook Air 2010 I use a flathead screwdriver and tap 2 buttons under the trackpad ribbon connector.
let me, us know more if you want to start your macbook
most people ignore this solution or get afraid for some reason
 did make that function for such purposes

amazon should be sued for selling crap, like Facebook marketplace.
and OWC macsales should be heralded,
but this philosophy does not jive in this world anymore

added:
Oh Dosedude can fix this, but I cant speak for him or how busy he is doing this in 2023.
