For anyone disappointed with the quality of the pics in the Kindle version, know that pics can be enlarged to nearly full-screen on an iPad using a reverse-pinch maneuver... and they look quite good then. It's a fun read.

The way this book is being marketed and sold is so bizarre to me.

Meanwhile Steve Jobs’s biography never goes on sale. I have the physical copy but have been waiting for Apple to drop the price on Books for some anniversary but they never have.

Edit: to all the people who replied saying they don't have the rights, I don't see how that's relevant. Amazon doesn't own the rights to the stuff they put on discount all the time either. Neither does Apple for all the TV shows they sell (a license for.) I've bought tons of books and videos on discount.

Only digital copy is available in my country. Think I will get one once the printed version is made available.

I’ll hold until they release the no crease version.

I heard that it starts strong, but then after a couple of plot twists kind of goes all over the place, and ends in an incoherent mess of plot holes without any sarisfying conclusion.

I got it at Walmart.com directly from the publisher for about the same price a few weeks ago and I’m currently in the Apple bought NeXt era.

To summarize the book I’d say it makes a good “companion” to Walter Issacon’s Steve Jobs and is even designed in a similar fashion, as it focuses a lot on the other players of Apple. It has a lot of interesting images, graphics, and side bars as well. It distills a lot of everyone’s different books from the years while adding other tidbits and only focuses on Jobs when it is needed. Decent book so far!
