New CARRIER SETTINGS Update (Rogers)

Hi All!~

This morning my SE says there is a CARRIER SETTINGS UPDATE available. I am in Canada on Rogers.

What would this update be? Is it being sent from Rogers or Apple?

It looks like when there is an iOS update available.

I clicked 'Later' since my phone works great and didn't want to chance it.
