OS X New city building app for Mac?

hi, i read an article a couple weeks ago on one of the mac sites about upcoming noteworthy mac games... one was a city building game like Sim but looked cooler.... i can't find the article again or remember the name? does anyone know what this just released/soon to be released city building game is????
