I think it's a bit too complex and it's completely arbitrary. If I just saw that logo on someones T-Shirt, I would have no idea what it was about or who the company was. I would try to come up with something simpler, which ideally contains the company name.

You also need to think about how it's going to look on your website, letterheads, emails etc. I don't think this new design fits in with your website.
