My old system recently crashed. I want to get the music (and everything else) from my iphone to my new system. I did a sync but nothing was transferred from my iphone. Anyone else ran into this?

Yeah, Apple doesn't allow you to do that.

exPod, on the other hand, can, but I don't know if it works with the iPhone.

Basically yes, don't blame Apple, blame the record companies.
