New copy and paste function not working?

*CORRECTION* It works on iOS 27, but not iPadOS 27. I'm now doubting whether it even had that functionality on iPadOS. Would love it if someone can confirm if I'm going mad or not.

Hi, has anyone’s new copy and paste function stopped working on iOS 27? Previously when I select something to copy (text, screenshots etc) when I go to paste it would have the details of the clipboard above my keyboard in the emoji section. I had been using that for a couple of weeks but it has since gone. I’m not sure it was gone from the latest beta release or it just stopped working?

It’s there on my iPad Pro M5 running developer iPadOS 27 B4

It works on the M2 iPad Pro I've been using for testing.

It’s working on my 4th gen iPad Pro 12.9 on 27b4
