fishmd macrumors 68000 Jul 7, 2009 #2 Lawsuit why? I don't think Apple hold a patent on that form factor. And, it is a bit different looking as well. Only problem would really be if they tried to copy Apple's OS. I know you've heard it before, but competition really is good. 🙂
