New delivering date for rMBP

Hi

This morning i got a new delivering date on my order.



I'm a bit confused because apple didn't even send it out and the date of delivering was yesterday till thursday.

The nice Lady on the telephone service told me that my rMBP come from Czech. I live in Germany. She told me, it's defenetly on Thursday at my place. I hope so, because Monday is holiday.

Mines preparing for dispatch but still 1st to 3rd delivery. Ordered on the 20th though.

How long does yours stay in the preparing to dispatch for?

same here. should be delivered on 26th but not even in "preparing for shipment" state. I don't think they will make it, but we will see! ;-)

Apple says 28th but I tracked the shipment on UPS and it says the 26th... who do I believe, Apple or UPS?!? lol

The only thing I can think of that they'll send it from a EU stock somewhere.

May 19: placed order (with a Radeon and maxed out processor) and expedited shipping

May 21: visited local Apple Store and they had new ones in stock but decided to wait for the apple.com order (the customer service is better than retail imho)

May 22: shipment notification

May 26: Expected UPS delivery date (been tracking it from Shanghai and it appears to be on schedule)

Longest. Holiday. Weekend. Ever.

Im not sure what is happening with my Order. It says Shipment Dispatched but I can't seem to track it anywhere?

Estimated Delivery is June 1st.

These are the numbers I have (replaced a few numbers just because..):

Delivery Number: 8708402111

When I tap "Track" these two come up.

I think the WW one is the Apple Care and the 003 one is the Macbook Pro. Its the 15inch maxed out version.

Any idea how I can track or which order number is for UPS/Syncreon etc? Because I don't think any of these numbers is the right format to track...

Apple seems to be quite early with getting my MBP to me. They originally quoted 3-5 business days to build my CTO MBP with a delivery date of June 3-5th (ordered on 5/21). I figured it was in part due to the holiday today. However, it shipped yesterday and is going to be delivered 5/27.

Did you try just pasting the tracking # into Google? It's usually good at detecting which carrier it's for.

Tried that but unfortunately it doesn't bring up anything. Maybe there just isn't anything yet as it could still be going from China to the UK but I thought I would at least be able to see some sort of tracking as to where it is.

Thats interesting I ordered on the 20th and have a 1st June delivery. Wonder why mine is delayed. It's the maxed out version.

Well, it's Thursday here and the tracking is now showing "Exception" with no further details. That's so helpful...

The other weird thing is that my card hasn't been charged yet (there was an authorisation after ordering but it dropped off after a week or so). Is that normal? If I still haven't been charged by the time it arrives and if it's not normal then I'll call Apple, as I'd prefer it if the money came out now rather than when I'm not expecting it to.

Edit: I figured out how to get more details (by using the NZ Couriers tracker instead of the TNT one) and it looks like it's a couple of hours away.

Edit 3: This is bizarre... just called Apple and they've received payment but I still have the money sitting in my account

She advised that I leave it for a few days and see what happens.
