New Dell 5K monitor coming?

It seems when I try to find that one in the Netherlands, and ask about thunderbolt 3 support, etc.
They can't comment, and the stock is 0, even at dell.nl itself. The delivery date is past christmas!

Erhm, they're getting ready for a t3 5k replacement?

The in-store price also is discounted from 1300 to just over 1000 euro.

I am not claiming anything, I am asking .. but, has anybody heard anything?

No info, but yes, please! Big fan of Dell monitors, both for their looks as well as reliability. This one would nicely complement the new MBP.

Now that Apple is rumored to be exiting the display business, I think you're right: we'll see a Dell 5K display with TB3 before too long.

You can get the UP2715K for 890,- EUR from amazon.de or 850,- EUR from mindfactory.de (well known German online shop). Shipping costs and warranty should not be an issue within the EU.

This makes the LG ultrafine 5K seems like a bargain at $1,300 which has TB 3 and the current Dell sells for $1,500 and does not have TB 3.
