That does look pretty nice, but how does it connect to the MacBook???... it would also be cool if it had a built in extended battery (not one that just allows the dock to run) so it would be like the slice battery in the HP envy.

Wow, does that thing use all wires? It looks like it just has upstream USB and firewire, so you only have to connect those two things. But still kind of alot at 500 for the convenience.
Thats insane. I could see if there was one connection for all of them, ie. lightpeak in 5 years or whenever.

I'm still waiting for someone to make an adapter cable that has a 3.5mm jack, a USB, and a mini-DVI all in one little block that connects at one time for the side of an MBA. Run the cable behind my desk, and hook everything else up to it. So when I put the MBA on my desk, I just plug in one big connector. Maybe a precise length for the magsafe on the other side.
