I have some JVC Marshmallow ear buds I love.

They're comfortable, sound good, and block out noise.

Now I have my iPhone, I would love the same pair, with a remote, mic, and volume control. Unfortunately the model they have doesn't have volume control, though it has the other two.

Anyone have suggestions for headphones that block noise, sound good, and have the 4 features?

Not looking for super high quality of course.

I don't know too many IEMs with volume control. Most do have in-line mics. It's going to really limit your selection. Found this list on Head-fi:

    - MEElectronics M Duo ~ $73
    - UE600 vi ~ $70
    - Klipsch S4i II ~ $68
    - MEElectronics Sport-Fi S6P ~ $60
    - MEElectronics M9P ~$40
    - SoundMAGIC E10M ~$45
    - Etymotic Research 3 for Kids ~ $40
    - MEElectronics EDM ~ $40
    - Skullcandy 50/50 ~ $27

    Amazon prices.

I just got a pair of Klipsch S4a II and they sound great for the price. The Klipsch S4i would be the equivalent iOS version and use the same bids themselves, so they should sound the same as the pair that I've got. Another pair that is good is Bose MIE2i. I've got the normal ones without he mic and love them. They don't sound the best, bit I haven't found a set of IEMs nearly as comfortable. These aren't good for sound isolation, but super comfortable.

I've got the Bose IE headset and agree with you.

The sound is def. good enough, though in that price range you can find better, however the comfort for me is awesome. (I use them at work so am glad they aren't noise canceling, but if the OP needs that, these aren't them)

Klipsch S4i hands down. Sound is amazing. Mic is really great as are the volume controls.

Geez louise. If I was spending 70 or more I would be buying over the ear.

I just wanted a pair of earbuds to carry with me but don't want to spend that much.

Lots of great options here, but not a huge fan. I suppose I may just stick with mine with no controls.

What is your budget? Decent sounding earbuds/pods with volume/mic/track controls are not cheap.

If you are not super picky about sound and like bass, go with the Meelectronics or Skullcandy. If sound quality matters, S4i.

If sound quality is of almost no concern, look on ebay, tons of knock-off Apple earpods with mic/volume for under $10.

I mean I have JVC Marshmallow ones that cost like 20 bucks when I bought them, and now sell for 15 ish bucks, but they sound good. Not fantastic, but still pretty good. I'd rather not go over 20 or 25 personally.

Same boat here. These Apple things are horrible.

Anybody has these? Sennheiser MM 30i Ear-Canal Headset

I know it's out of your budget, but if you can justify it, get a set of Klipsch S4i's, they're well worth the money

Know of anything similar that doesn't have those little rubber pieces or the skulls on them? Not a big fan of either.

Yeah I could if I had to, but not looking to at the moment.
