New Scam tactic (for me at least)...

In eBay Germany there is just a new offer for with you are paying for an iPhone 256 Jet Black PICTURE for 800€! http://www.ebay.de/itm/Apple-iPhone...360955?hash=item3f6d0ac0fb:g:AHsAAOSw8gVX~9dR

If you read the text (in German), at the very end says that you are buying a professional photo of the product and not an actual iPhone! Unbelievable!

It's so sad that there is such people...

Unfortunately stupid crooked things like that have been around for quite some time.

It is not a "new eBay scam". People have been selling boxes, pictures, even the operating manual and people would bid for the actual product. I would report them to Randy but it has become so sleeeezy that they might approve.

You are not ignorant. Randy should be eBay. Report them as if they are misleading people in the auction eBay should cancel the auction. Being in Germany, I am not so sure.
