    I will need 5 years to adapt to the life of carrying one more adapter, especially this one.

    It's not that hard imo, simply:
    1) go wireless with BT headphones
    2) use apples lightning headphones
    3) put the lightning adaptor on your favorite set of wired headphones, keep it on there, and forget about it

    Minor annoyance for some? Sure... but not a big deal by any means.

    How witty! You can't use wired headphones because the new iPhone won't have a headphone jack!! Arghh hahahahah

    Thankfully this won't affect me. Been using BT headphones for a long time now.. Since iPhone 5.

    Have you attempted to put iPhone 6s/6s+ screen protectors on the dummy? Does it work?
