Quote from the iPod Touch Manual - Available on the Apple website:
Handling iPod
Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform, puncture, shred, microwave,
incinerate, paint, or insert foreign objects into iPod.
I must say I was quite dissapointed, I figured that Microwave ovens were pretty common devices and expected my newest iPod Touch to be Microwave safe! I mean am I supposed to listen to the boring whirr of the microwaves motor whilst I roast myself? I think not! I dont think I will buy another iPod until they have the common sense to include basic features like shielding against microwaves!
My little sister was dissapointed that unlike her school pencil case she cannot paint her iPod to be unique...I thought Apple were supposed to protect us from orwellian futures?
*sigh* Seems you cannot trust anyone these days.
