New iMac CD Drive problems in Boot Camp.... strange

Anyone else have this problem? Just installed Windows XP Pro SP2 through Boot Camp, seems to work great so far. Tried installing Call of Duty 4 last night, splash screen starts and I hit "Install" then it just seems to hang.... can hear the cd drive spool up then stop and repeat. No progress is made after waiting a while, in OSX can barely even read the cd, just seems to want to go REALLY REALLY slow. Any suggestions?

Yes, drive works fine in OSX, just in boot camp, strangely seems to read cd's VERRRRRY slowly, sorry for the response time.
