New iMac, Mac Mini, and MacBook Pro Launch Tomorrow: 10 Things You Should Know

I'm definitely buying a new Mini to replace my 2018 Mini, but two things are a tad annoying.
I much prefer the space gray of my Mini to silver.
Power button on the bottom is asinine.
However, the specs and the price make the new Mini a no brainer
Now, what wired USB-C Keyboard and Mouse do I buy? I don't want Apple's

Many folks, myself included, appreciated the "all in one" factor the iMac offered. The cost is also disappointing. That said I would never buy a 24" iMac as a main computer.
My reason for buying iMacs was always that the value. I started with a powermac G4 but the prices of the towers got more and more out of reach with each successive generation while the iMacs became true pro design machines with the only 5k displays around. Buying one was a no brainer… but it sucks when they get old and your 5k display is now garbage. I sold my 2017 iMac for $1000 and bought a studio display on discount for $1100

What I really want to know is how deeply satisfying it'll feel when I replace my Intel iMac from 2017 with an M4 iMac. 🥳
I remember changing from an iMac Pro to an M1 Air and noticing that it pinwheeled WAY less. I think you'll be in for a pleasant surprise.

I placed my order on day 2 (I'm also an edu buyer but I'm in the states) and the Apple store still thinks I'll get mine on Nov 19th. Happily the tracking number they gave me says tomorrow by 7pm :)

Call around the apple stores in your area tomorrow and you might find one. Good luck!

Just checked this morning and now available to pick up in store today, yay :)
