Just ordered a 4.2GHz i7 with a 256 SSD. One that I just received form the refurb shop had a 3 TB fusion.Too much, too slow. Also got an extended keyboard.
I'm stoked!

Forgot to mention ....
I'm a vet. Got a military discount. Strange, cause the BX doesn't give you one.

You'll love it. I have the same machine with a 512GB SSD (probably didn't need that much 🙂). It's fast, crisp, solid.

Nice. Unless apple changed it's policy, refurbished Macs we're not eligible for the veterans' discount.

so, even if you were able to find an iMac with those exact specs on Apple's refurbished store, you might have gotten a cheaper price buying it new with the discount than buying it Refurbished.

About the BX/PX, I thought I read somewhere that aafes was going to honor Apple's veterans discount. I guess this was not true.

Yes, I don't think refurbished products are eligible for any discount, military, educational or employee.

Finding those specs in the Refurb shop*would've* been a miracle, for me.

Seems the prices I saw were everyone elses price.
Edit to add:
I *can't* wait for a new kb! This one adds letters/numbers to words. People must think I am stupid........

The Exchange’s everyday policy will be to price match Apple for customers who have the specific Apple product information. Please feel free to send us a private message if you have additional questions on this topic.
