AMD/ATi released their somewhat hyped up drivers, 7.10 today. So I decided to boot up my XP partition, and installed them manually. I also used AMD Gpu clock tool to overclock my 2600xt to 700 MHz Core / 730 MHz Memory (1460mhz) and I ran Bioshock. Let me first say that I did not play at 1920x1200, I played it 1280x960 windowed. I used black wallpaper so its wasn't distracting and I also turned off HDR and Shadows... but the sacrifice was worth it because it was playing smooth as butter. I was getting over 60FPS in a lot of areas, and the rest of the time I was 50-60. So for those looking for better gaming performance, update your drivers, and use AMD GPU clock tool. Another member was kind enough to tell us how to use it, and I'll pass the word. Basically the core has to be overclocked in 7mhz increments, and the memory in 9mhz increments. Good luck.
