New iMac video lag

Hello.,
Picked up my first iMac in over 15 years. And have a slight issue. When watching Netflix/YouTube/amazon. The video freezes, but audio continues. Everything is up to date. And didn’t install any add on. Base 27” iMac.

That isn't right... my old early 2009 24" iMac with dGPUs didn't freeze/stutter when watching youtube. Maybe restart the system, or do a fresh install of Mojave and see if that helps? Are any other apps/processes running in the background?
