It could be, that the intro video has not been included yet, due to the release just being a beta.
But anyway, you could give Apple feedback about this.

I actually got it twice. When I tried to migrate files it didn't like that so it just started the video and the process over again. Butyeah it's definitely updated

I had an intro video... but the same one as Leopard and Snow Leopard! 🙁

I think you only see the intro video if you install it fresh, rather than upgrade.
