New intel extreme chip in MacBook Pro soon?

Just wondering if anyone thinks that the new 2.8GHz extreme chip will make it into MBP any time soon? Also, there were rumours about the 8600m card in MBP doesn't have the right driver thus giving it bad performance. Has this been fixed?

There were driver updates for the 8600M GT. I doubt you're going to see an Extreme processor on the MacBook Pro. It's too hot.

I guess Leopard might bring more OpenGL improvements aswell, or?
