Holds up pretty well, doesn’t it?Not sure I agree with that.

Good to hear it’s working on M1 iPads. Crossing my fingers my M1 MBA will be able to use cleanup as it is a great feature.Works on my M1 iPad Pro. I guess for iPhone it needs 15 Pro.
Man, the AI remove tools made it look like they just... ducked right out on you.Much better than I expected. Very good for a local model.

I’m crossing my fingers for it on my M1 MBAWorks with M chips and 15 Pro/Pro Max right now.
Will obviously work with 16 series going forward as well.
All Apple Intelligence features should work on an iPhone 15 Pro or higher or an M1-based device or higher. It's less a CPU/NPU issue as it is a RAM issue. Your MBA will work fine. Might not be the fastest but it'll work.Good to hear it’s working on M1 iPads. Crossing my fingers my M1 MBA will be able to use cleanup as it is a great feature.
Works for me in Spain.Eu workaround doesn’t work anymore
More on device processing on the iPhone while on the pixel phone it’s running server based.Really don't get why this feature requires an iPhone 15 Pro. Google Photos offers the same thing on lower Gen phones
The question is how long did they have to work on cleaning it up.Some more examples from here:

I don’t understand. These are examples of the new ”clean up” feature. They didn’t spend any time. The question is how long did they have to work on cleaning it up.

I have no idea what you are talking about and I am not sure you do either.I bet they did spend time on it. They used clean up. Then cleaned up again. Zoomed in cleaned up some more, touched up and cleaned up more.
They pressed clean up.I have no idea what you are talking about and I am not sure you do either.
What are you basing this assertion on? Why would they lie about it?They pressed clean up.
Not being good enough. They circled additional sections and cleaned it more.
Not being good enough they zoomed, brushed, and cleaned it up more.
In other words, they did not merely press EDIT then press CLEAN UP.
Why do you think they are lying? What are you basing this assertion on? Why would they lie about it?
I don’t think they are lying. I know this person reasonably well. I have no idea why you think you know better. This is a bizarre conversation. Why do you think they are lying?
We don’t know what the did or the number of iterations they went through.
Really don't get why this feature requires an iPhone 15 Pro. Google Photos offers the same thing on lower Gen phones
I’m not sure what people are expecting. From the examples I’ve seen, it performs close to Google’s cloud eraser while being entirely on device.i honestly expected this to be way better even as a Beta... hopefully they tune it up
Have you tried the same photos on other platforms?Yeah i dunno i cant seem to get those nice removals like on those examples... i can clearly see shadows still there etc
I don’t want my pics going to google servers or to Apple. Give me more on device features.Really don't get why this feature requires an iPhone 15 Pro. Google Photos offers the same thing on lower Gen phones
