I cannot delete the browsing history from Safari completely. This is a problem that has affected all of my friends and family who use iPhones and iPads.

Here are the methods which we all have used in the past:
    1) Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
    2) Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data

Neither of the above tried and true methods work to remove browsing history completely. All one needs to do to verify this is a legitimate problem is to try the above methods to delete browsing history. Then, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, and you will see that there are still remnants of previous websites which have been visited with many showing 0 bytes.

I have communicated with a high-level Apple software tech who has revealed that Apple is aware of the issue, but cannot fix it due to the way that the safari code is written which is allowing cookies to be permanently stored in a persistent state despite attempts to clear cache via the above methods or even despite attempts to completely erase and restore the device.

So, does anyone know of a non-Apple method of deleting the browsing history completely?

    It's a bug in 10.3.1 and 10.3.2. Maybe 10.3.3 will address it.

Confirmed bug. google.com and ebay.com are sticking on my device. Hopefully fixed on 10.3.3 which was just dropped by Apple.

I am installing the beta on a secondary device to test this for you now. Will report back shortly.

Edit: Mine was able to remove everything except google.com.

Who knows. Doesn't seem important to me, but OP wanted to know if it was fixed. I don't really care if anyone could see my browsing history, nothing to hide in there. I guess I am boring.
