New iPad 2 - We jumped the gun in setup

In our excitement, I setup my wifes's new iPad 2 under my iTunes account. I really would prefer she have a distinct account like my daughter. Is there a way for me to create a new one for her and remove her from mine?

FYI: It is possible to use both accounts on her device.

For example, say you've purchased some apps your wife wants on her device. You can log into your account and download/sync them to her device. She can then log back into her account and still be able to use your apps on her device.

The good news is that it is brand, spanking new and she hasn't had time to learn care and feeding of the device so no apps have been installed. Good info though, thank you!
