iPad New iPad Air 2 won't open links

I replaced my iPad 2 this weekend with a new 64gb wifi-only iPad Air 2. All is good except I sometimes can't click links to open, and can't select text to copy/paste. I use Safari.

For instance, I can't open the link on this messageboard post: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2153699

I also can't select text on that thread to copy/paste. I get no select options like normal.

Anyone else experiencing this? I have forced a reboot several times to no avail.

Overall screen responsiveness seems quite poor compared to my old 2, fwiw. I often have to click several times to "x" out the url for instance.

OP please follow up on this thread when you get this figured out. Your issue doesn't present on my particular iPad Air 2.
