Already wrapped the plastics back on it, turned it off and put it in the box. Take my word for it.

It's under warranty, swap it out. Yes you have had a bad bit of luck, but 1000's haven't. Just get it replaced.

Sorry about the bitchiness. Super annoyed right now. Had a full day planned tomorrow but now I have to go back to the city and get this stupid iPad replaced. -_-

It's understandable. I think anyone would be annoyed. Sorry you have to go through a swap but better to get what you paid for & get it right. Hang in there.

Got it today out of the box this way. Thought maybe it would go away if I diligently started using it but no such luck...
(ETA) - and the fun continues. I try to get online support from apple and it claims this device is not supported in the online service. (I bought it from Apple online).
