new ipad - faulty charger

i got a new ipad yesterday and the charger doesn't seem to work. i plug it in and nothing happens. the ipad charges fine thru my computer and even the stock iphone chargers but not the square charger thing that it came with.

anybody else had this issue before? can i just walk into an apple store and swap the charger or do i have to bring the whole ipad, box, receipt, etc??

Set up a Genius Bar appointment and bring the iPad, USB cable and wall charger. You won't need the receipt or box.

Ipad Faulty wall charger

Hi guyz,
I received my Ipad with a faulty wall charger too. It's so annoying that I have to make an appointment with a Mac 'genius' to get this sorted. Not happy jobs🙁

I just went in and ask them to swap the wall plug. No appointment or anything
