I've been looking to get an iPad at Target mostly because I can get a 15% discount. However, recently looked on Target.com for the iPad 3 in 32gb Wi-Fi only in white and it's not even listed? I've looked a few days after the launch and they had it listed and now it seems they removed it. They have every other model on their website except those. I've been to a few local Targets and none of them have it in stock either only 4G and 64gb. So my question is what's the deal? Could it be that there is so much demand for those particular models that they felt the need to remove them off their website?

Likely lesser demand, and Target is simply streamlining how many SKU's they need to manage.

It's most likely a conspiracy to prevent you from getting the iPad you want.
