I have come across some credible information which indicates that there will be an iPad launch on April 14th.

Do not ask for my source or any proof I will not divulge that information as it will cause issues for me.

You can choose to believe it or not up to you and ultimately we will find out if its true in a couple of days.

A Friday is a strange time for a release.
Friday is the usual release day for many of their flagship product releases. This however is Good Friday so may mean the day when orders start to be made.

Looks like I need to hold off on a keyboard case for my Air 2, I appreciate the information as I was hoping for something or someone to further point to a very immenent spring launch. I was beginning to lose hope.

Do we know when Apple park is opened? If there is a new iPad soon, I bet it will be anounced at the Apple park opening which will be in april.

The more I read about the 10.5" iPad Pro and then consider what I have seen after years of owning Apple products, I have come to this conclusion:

Apple, no doubt, has released some awesome products. But there is always something about them that disappoints, that could have been just a little more to turn awesome into truly awesome. And I have always thought, "well yeah, leave us wanting more in an upgraded model". So I am predicting that the emphasis will be on the size itself in the 10.5" plus the smaller or no bezel and very small update to the specs. The bulk of the good stuff, i.e. good pro, working spec update, will be in the 12.9" iPP, released at a later date than the 10.9".

I work at a telco and we are preparing to have them available for order on the 14th

It will cause issues for you posting some way of confirming how you know this? Yet, you list the employer "Telco" you work for? Very odd you disclose you're employer and Yet any other information you disclose will "Cause you issues."

Regardless if your accurate or not by your prophecy, anyone can make a claim with internet anonymity without having evidence on a rumored website.

You're not wrong about Apple always leaving you wanting more, but I have a hard time beleiving that the bulk of new features will go to the 12.9. That size is a very niche device. I'd imagine we are going to see more feature parity across the iPad lineup (7.9 and 9.7) and the iPad Pro lineup (10.5 and 12.9).

Only took you 26 minutes to divulge that information. Locked like a vault lol

Telco = telecommunications as in I haven't divulged anything as I could be working for any number of telecommunications companies in the world.

This all makes since along with the leak of them going into production earlier this week we will see a formal announcement next week

I'm looking forward to coming back to this thread once they are announced to see what the doubters have to say then.

I can see their rationale behind having these doubts but ultimately I'm Just trying to do a nice thing here only to be **** on.

My mistake then. I Thought you were listing the name of your employer "Telco",which sounds like the name of a company, being you abbreviated it.

Regardless, I know you stated no one has to believe you, but the point is, posting anything unfactual without substance on a rumored website with various opinions, doesn't hold bar. But then again, if you're correct, then we will know shortly. And I'm not trying to be snide with you, it's just when someone starts a thread without proving or indicating how they know something, it leaves open for speculation Based off nothing.
