New iPad Magnetic close on case not working?

Has anyone else got this problem.

My case is a leather generic one, but the magnet works on iPad 2 but not new iPad???
 
Apple changed the location Of the magnets, only the apple smart covers work. 3rd parties have to relocate the magnets on their covers/cases.
