New iPad no longer syncs or charges

    Hi,

    My new iPad (3) stopped being recognised by my macbook pro and iTunes.

    Any tips on how to solve this?

    Plug it into a wall outlet, and do a complete wipe.

    Sadly, you will have to restore, but I would do it as a new iPad in case it is the current backup that is causing the problems.

    Thanks for the response. I unplugged and reset it, and it worked afterwards.
