iPad Pro new iPad PRO 2019 / hope for discounted iPad PRO 2018

Is it worth to wait for new iPad PRO 2019 or just wait for discounts on the older iPad PRO 2018? Not sure if there will be some discount when they release new version.

I can also use my ISIC discount 10% on the iPad PRO 2018, not sure if its worth it now / or wait.

I am sorry for many similar topics, but I am really curious what are your opinions.

I am in the same situation as you. In Spain there are a gift if you buy a new iPad and it is a Beats Solo 3. And this promotion end on October 17th.

They were having sales of $200-400$ off the 2018 Model right before the Sept event, but now most are priced close to retail. There could be sales again around the holidays, but at this point I would just wait until October to see if a new one is released and if not wait until the holidays to purchase a 2018 model on discount.

considering how powerful the 2018 Pro is is just buy one in sale. But maybe wait to see if a new one is launched next month, but if all it adds is a 3 lens camera and an even faster processor o wouldn’t bother personally. I doubt it’ll get an OLED then again if it does knowing Apple it’ll start from 1500!!
I want the 2018 11” model but will wait till it’s at a decent price.

Whatever is left may receive a discount in some stores, but you might as well buy them now if can get a discount. Wouldn't pay full price, but also wouldn't wait out if it's really going to take until March 2020...

BTW second-hand pricing is obviously way lower, but I'm guessing you want to buy new.

The last generation is always being sold by 3rd party stores like Amazon and BestBuy even when the new one is released.

Both stores aren't available where I live, 3rd party supply could very well be limited in some countries. And I've seen stock run out pretty quickly in the past, obviously stores want to get rid of it as quickly as possible. Guess it depends where OP lives then.
