iPad Pro New iPad pro 2020 reboots randomly ios 13.4.1

My new iPad pro 12.9" reboots randomly 3-4 times a day. It happens when when the screen is off/sleep.

But the problem persist.
The iPad was set up without a restore as a new iPad
Should I ask for replacement or is this an ios bug?

It was set up as a new iPad. I suspect it to be a software/ios bug. Everything works perfect when I use it. The restarts only happens when the ipad sleeps. Anything I should look for for in the analytics data ? If possible I'll rather Avoid the hassle of sending it back.

Replacement shipping is usually pretty fast, and anyway I'm not sure how viewing your analytics data would help you resolve what you might feel is the issue.

Mine did this today when I tried going into Settings. 13.4.1 also.
