New iPad white spot on screen

I got my new iPad a couple days ago. Day 1, it was perfect. Now i'm noticing a bright white spot on my screen. It only seems to show up in white backgrounds and is very annoying! does ANYONE know a fix? Will it go away??? Help!

I had that white spot show up on my iPad 2 after about six months, about the size of a pencil eraser. Genius replaced it no questions.
