I have an IPad 3 is there a way to create a mirror of the 3 on the IPP?

Also how do I set up family share.

When you say mirror, I'm guessing you mean backup and restore, so your new iPad has the same apps in the same place as the old iPad? Click here for instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203977
