I imagine that if the phone was unboxed and showed that, a pic would have been snapped before removal.

This is something I would have done, if this was in store pick up, I'd definitely would have unboxed this sucker in from of them to make sure that it didn't come damaged.

For deliveries, I know not every one would video record but that is also something I would have done. Starting from the brown box to unwrapping the phone box to showing it. This way there's evidence/proof.

The phone can definitely handle rubber duckies and cake, solid surfaces not so much!
