New iPhone 4 Can I Jailbreak?

I just bought a new iPhone 4 (actually it was free with my phone plan). It came with 6.1.3 preinstalled. Can I jailbreak it? Or do I have to have an shsh from a previous version?

6.1.3 can't be jailbroken right now. Earlier firmwares aren't signed by Apple anymore so you are out of luck for a while.

Yes, you can JB 6.1 untethered.
Use the Evasion JB program.
