New iPhone 4, no service..?

Hey,

I just got an iPhone 4 from AT&T and they shipped it to me, it has a sim card in it, but it says "No Service" in the top left corner, what do i do? Do i have to activate it with at&t?

Restart the phone.
Do a reset network settings.
Call AT&T obviously.🙂
All that before you post a thread on a website offcourse.
It can easily be resolved.
