That's great advice.Basically, what I'm saying is that if you end up running out of and/or voiding your warranty, you have better chances at getting a one time exception replacement provided you have the original phone.

I had my iPad replaced recently after it was out of warranty for almost three months. It was totally my fault as I dropped it and cracked the screen. They said "you have never had this replaced before?" "no" "ok, even though it's out of warranty we will replace it for you"
