New iPhone 4S - transferring Jailbroken contents to new phone

I have a jailbroke 4, how do I save and load all the packages to my new 4S? Is there a way to backup my cydia packages to my computer and then load them into the 4S after I've jailbroken it?

PkgBackup can do that. You have to pay for it, but it is worth the price in my opinion. A few bucks is nothing compared to the phone, anyway 🙂

There are also other backup programs that will undoubtedly do the job.
