How are the warranties for these 2 companies? Do they send you a new one in advance, or are you required to send the broken one to them first?

Replacement costs?

I like Zagg because they install a new one for me for $5

If you can write your name on a piece of paper, you can install a glass screen protector by yourself. You literally just lay it on the phone and it self-adhears to the screen without any air bubbles. Pretty amazing to watch when you have used nothing but wet and dry application plastic screen protectors.

You should never hae to pay anyone to apply one of these. You are wasting your money if you do.

Not really, if you pay someone to do it and they mess up e.g. get dirt under it or don't properly align it, they will re-do it with another screen protector.

If you mess up you have to buy another one. I'd hardly compare applying a screen protector to writing your name on a piece of paper which a 2 year old can do. :p

It's unrealistic to expect that a separate glass cover conform to a rounded edge as though it were poured-on decoupage. The air gap is the glass manufacturer's tolerance that would prevent the glass from being held away from the phone's surface should the curved glass cover not confirm precisely with the rounded edge.

There already is a product that is molded. Its just not available stateside.

This is a true statement for glass protectors…Film not so easy. Alignment is the big issue.

Any updates? Gotta find a screen protector for gf's 6 plus before New Year.

I like the iCarez because they have an application process that ensure excellent alignment. No it does not wrap at the edges but with a case I think its does the job.

This is what it says on Amazon:

This screen protector is first to market with complete 100% edge to edge protection for your iPhone 6. It provides full coverage to each rounded edge using a special flex bend gauranteed not to peel or curl. The discreet outer lining has been custom color matched to blend seemlessly with your iphone, giving your device a sleek look while retaining optimal protection from drops, scuffs and scratches!

Sounds a lot like iLoome and that was not well reviewed by members. There is not a single comment on Amazon specific to the edge to edge model.

Im sorry what products are these?

Please confirm. Sounds like someone could buy once then request 20 replacements without having to pay anything or return anything??

I have only experienced tech armor.
One time purchase, keep the order number safe....
Replacements are free, no need to send back is bad or used one. For cables, maybe a pic to prove the issue as cables are more expensive.

Well, if you take too much advantage they will notice it but I've gotten over 20 replacements from 6 different screen protectors.
BTW, installing the new E2E Screen protector now.

Looks good, better the way they made theirs so that hey are compatible with cases for those of you that use them.

Is there a gap between the glass and the screen protector? Is it a dust collector like all the other full glass ones?

Is there a clear border? It looks like the white edge stops, but there appears to be a clear silicone (?) edge that covers the curve.

Or is the edge square? I cannot tell in the pics. When you slide your finger from the sides inward, is it smooth? Or do you run into that square edge?

Looks nice.

Did someone finally figure out how to cover and preserve the curved edge?

NEW iPhone 6 Plus Edge to Edge Screen Protector from Tech Armor

Man, how you guys manage to install these screen protectors with all the edges sticking to the screen.

I have tried 2 different screen protectors, the Nillkin and the MIME ghost color and on both the lower left corner fails to stick, more so on the Nillkin than the MIME.

Am I doing something wrong here?

1.it is not edge to edge, see the glass uncovered?
2. Are the white parts or painted parts made of plastic? Nillkin, aegis painted whites are made of plastic.
3. Which one doesnt have adhesive, the clear glass or the white painted one? Aegis white parts do not adhere. While nillkin clear glass does not adhere.. Does tech armor fully adhere both the clear glass and the white painted parts?

saw a video review of mime ghost. the painted bezels do not have adhesive so when you put spigen case, the mime ghost is lifted thus air inside gets in. it's in youtube.

Might have to keep an eye out for that, looks like it's more compatible with cases

It works with my UAG case with a mm of extra space:)

Yes I use a case, UAG case.
Unfortunately, yes dust does get stuck under the screen protector.
Here are some more pics if the edges of the screen protector;

The border is white, not clear.
No, it feels rough, square edge.
Preserve a curved edge? What do you mean?

Are you installing glass or film? I can try and help you. I have installed and re installed so many screen protectors:). I do it for friends as well. Bubble free and perfectly aligned.

1) It is more edge to edge than the tech armor non e2e glass screen protector for the 6 plus that I had on before. I honestly rather not have it e2e so cases can fit without the glass screen protector being pushed up. I use a UAG case and around 1mm of space is left between the edge of the glass and the case.
2) I believe it is plastic or painted on (white parts)
3) Only the screen viewing area has adhesive. That's the only part I had to peel a protective piece to install the screen protector.

They're glass. I installed them both perfectly to my knowledge. No specks of dust and no bubbles. Perfect alignment also. But that one corner its the only one giving me problems.

I thought was the lack of adhesive on the white parts with the Nillkin. Then I got the MIME ghost and I have the same corner not sticking even though the white parts have adhesive on them. With the MIME its less worse than with the Nillkin though.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong because they look perfect aside from the bottom left corner. But if you have a different technique that will help I'm all ears or eyes.

It is possible that the glass you got is not perfect flat so that corner is not not adhering properly to the screen. Maybe both glass screen protectors are made in the same factory so both of them are not adhering properly in the same spot.

All I do is alight the bottom the screen protector to the bottom of the iPhone and align the round home button cutout with the home button. I also align it with ear piece/speaker so that it is parallel with the glass. It may sound like a lot to watch out for but I only check for less than a second going all around making sure everything is aligned properly. Maybe just hold down the corner for a little until it stays.
