New iPhone - All my apps are stuck on 'Loading'

Brand new iPhone 12 Pro, which is on the latest iOS 14.2.1 The backup is off an iTunes backup from today from a different a 12 Pro. (just switching phones)

All my apps are stuck on Loading, like all of them.. 5 pages of them.

Here's what i've tried...
Restarting the phone
Sliding any apps off
Turning wifi on and off
Pausing all 5 pages and unpausing one. but it still isn't updating.
Signed out and back into the Appstore

Kinda at the stage of wiping this phone down and starting again, unless anyone has any suggestions.. its been like this for probably 3 hrs now.

call off the dogs, it looks like they're coming in now. I have no idea.. The last thing i did was sign out of the appstore and back in.. But with the amount of things i threw at it, i'm not entirely sure which one kicked it off.

Just be patient after backup restore and keep the phone charging and on good Wi-Fi. There's a lot of stuff to sync.
