New iPhone can sync HD movies from iTunes

In the tech specs it says it syncs movies up to 720p, so I will assume that the HD versions of TV shows and movies will now sync with the iPhone 4.

My question is, why didn't they upgrade storage capacity then???

Because you can't magically make a recently announced 64 GB chip cheap enough to be put in an iPhone.

Oh and for the people who mention the iPod Touch…

The iPod Touch has two 32 GB chips. The iPhone can't fit two.
