New iPhone Carrier Settings Update

I got this update message when I went to sync my iPhone 3G. Maybe this has something to do with iPhone OS 3.0 or the new iPhone 3GS and it's faster 3G?

If you restored your iPhone, you have to re-download any previous carrier updates. This is likely an old one.
