New Iphone I need to unlock

i will be receiving my Iphone Sat. am. I need to unlock it. As of today what is the best and easiest way. I'm willing to spend $40 to get it done if need be. But if I can fine a moron proof way I'm all for saving the cash.

I used these instructions when I unlocked 1.0.2 and followed them to revirginize and update/unlock 1.1.1

just take your time and follow them closely
