New iPhone+NFC

If the new iPhone implements NFC, will it be allowed to utilize tectiles or a similar item? Will BT4 offer anything like this?

Read that quickly and thought it said testicles.

Anyways, I'd imagine it'd be able to. NFC is NFC, so there shouldn't be a difference whether its an iPhone or an Android phone tapping on one of the tectiles. BT4 most likely will not offer anything similar.

I love the comments on the MR front page in response to the "No NFC" article.

If Apple includes Thunderbolt, which hasn't taken off yet, they're lauded for pushing technology. But if competitors include tech that hasn't taken off yet, pssch, who needs it!
