Got new iPhone 15PM yesterday. Have just gone to remove my 13pm from Find My and I have 2 13pm in there . My 15 is showing as a 13pm

If you set up the new iPhone (15 PM) by transferring from your previous iPhone (13 PM) or from a backup of your previous iPhone, the name will carry over as well.
