New Iphone Question Please Help

Hey I have a quick question...When I charge my iphone the top right corner battery has a lightning bult symbolizing its charging, but the big batter on the display has nothing no percentage or bolt...am I supposed to see something there?

Nope. The fact that you see a battery at all is your answer.

If you have your phone on lock, once it locks you should see a battery icon.. that represents the phone is charging...

the lightning bolt in the upper right lets you know it's charging. the big battery with the green juice lets you know how much is charged (w/o percentage). when it's completely full, the bolt will change to a plug. don't worry, everything you've got is normal. 🙂
