So I just traded out a broken Iphone for a new one at the apple store and brought it home to put all of my contacts and music on it so I plugged it into Itunes. It brought up a page that asks you whether you want to restore from a previous Iphone and I said yes. Then it came up with a screen that says it cant complete the restore. I went to the support page on apples website and followed all the little things that it suggested for me to do. I even re-downloaded and installed Itunes and still nothing. Any thoughts? I'm really lost and need some help. Any ideas would be extremely helpful.
Thanks

Don't restore it from a back-up (previous iPhone). Set it up as a new one, then re-sync everything.
